The company has been active in the field of metal processing for over 40 years. The secrets and love for metal as a raw material are passed down from generation to generation. With the first generation K. P. Malkotsis processing the metal as a raw material with the anvil forging method giving an irregular shape. Over the years, the second generation of K. Malkotsis D. undertook to modernize the company with project machinery and industrial equipment, undertaking the handling of a project from excavation to the erection of the entire metal building. The third generation K. P. Malkotsis, Graduated in Mechanical Engineering, completes the turnover by undertaking both the execution of the project and the study of the electromechanical installations.

The company has more than 50 metal buildings of various uses such as (industrial buildings, logistics mixed-use houses, livestock units).

In the livestock sector we create long-term ties. Our clients trust us both in the construction of metal infrastructures and in the licensing of wooden building installations. Beyond that, giving a complete solution we supply livestock equipment with our partners in the Netherlands (spinder dhc).
